1. Class watches We Are Alike, We Are Different together
2. Class completes the Kidspiration activity dragging pictures into groups to describe themselves.
3. Students who finish early may play “Sequences” ordering events

Differentiation –
1. All students will watch, listen, and read along with video reinforced with discussion.
2. Mouse over will read instructions to students during activity.

3. Students will then watch the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle video on Brainpop tying the theme of the story to Earth Day.
4. Depending on remaining time students may play the game and then draw a picture of something from home that they can reuse.
